In What Motivates Us, Dan Pink shows us that giving people bigger incentives will not necessarily generate better performance. He explains that people naturally want to be self-directed. They want to master a task and serve a purpose.


In Engagement is the Next Frontier for Connected Health, Dr. Joseph Kvedar teleports us to the future vision of connected health. Feedback loops establish the desire to make a change with our health. But the underlying problem is, how do we keep consumers engaged long term?

Baby Steps:

In the Behavior Model, Bj Fogg creates a roadmap to behavior change. In order for a behavior to occur, the elements of motivation, ability, and trigger must all occur simultaneously.
